  • 240 grams of tempeh , cut into small cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper , to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, toss cubed tempeh with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. Spread seasoned tempeh on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Let tempeh cool slightly before adding to salad for crunchiness.
