GINGERED TEMPEH

Ginger tempeh sauté

Excellent party food, simple and quick to make!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz tempeh (half a Noble Bean 240 pack)

  • 2 tbsp  ketchup


  • 1 tbsp tamari


  • 1 tsp honey


  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil


  • 1" ginger root grated


  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

     

15 minutes

2 servings

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Steam tempeh for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix all ingredients other than the tempeh together in a bowl.

  3. Cube tempeh into small pieces.

  4. Mix gently. Serve hot or cold.
