COOKING TIPS!

STEAM IT!

Place sliced tempeh in a saucepan and cover with water or vegetable broth, simmer for 10 minutes. Proceed with marinating, grilling and/or baking.

BAKE IT!

Bake it in the oven like you would any other protein.

GRILL IT!

Barbeque or panini press. Tip: A light brush of oil will keep it from sticking to the grill.

FRY IT!

Simply slice tempeh into thin slices or cubes and pan fry in hot oil,until golden brown.

SIMMER IT!

Crumble into sauces and stews.

PRO TIP:

We think tempeh is best served thinly sliced.

 Grill or pan-fry tempeh until the edges turn crispy! This enhances the natural nutty flavor.
