BAKE!
Bake it in the oven like you would any other protein.
GRILL!
Barbeque or panini press. Tip: A light brush of oil will keep it from sticking to the grill.
FRY!
Simply slice tempeh into thin slices or cubes and pan fry in hot oil,until golden brown.
SIMMER!
Crumble into sauces and stews.
PRO TIP:
We think tempeh is best served thinly sliced.
Grill or pan-fry tempeh until the edges turn crispy! This enhances the natural nutty flavor.
