This quick and easy recipe combines the bold flavors of sriracha and garlic with a tangy BBQ sauce, creating a mouthwatering dish that's perfect for any occasion. Whether grilled or skillet-cooked, these tempeh strips are sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
INGREDIENTS

1 pack of NB tempeh original soy, defrosted and cut into 6 thick strips ( or 8 thin strips if cooking on skillet)

1/4 cup of your favorite brand of store-bought BBQ sauce

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons cooking oil of your choice (for pan fry)

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

2-3 cloves garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, water, sriracha, and minced garlic until well combined, add your tempeh.

Preheat BBQ to medium heat, or heat the cooking oil of your choice in a pan over medium heat.

Add the tempeh strips to the BBQ (or pan), turning occasionally until they start to brown on both sides.

Brush any leftover BBQ sauce on the tempeh as it is cooking.

Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite grilled veggies!
